Our Story
I was born into a middle-class family with hardworking parents who gave me a comfortable childhood. My father ran a successful construction materials business, and my mother owned a beauty salon that always thrived. I grew up with everything I could need, carefree. Everything seemed to be going perfectly… until one day the crisis came, and everything changed.
Suddenly, things shifted. I watched as my father’s once-solid company began to falter. We lost a lot: properties, businesses, stability. And there, in the middle of it all, I realized something: the importance of making smart decisions, especially those affecting money and the future.
That period left a deep mark on me. I moved forward and finished my degree in technical architecture, even though the job market at the time offered few opportunities. Working for 300 euros a month as an intern wasn’t for me. Instead of settling, I decided to find other paths. I lived in Tarifa, New York, Marbella… worked in bars, started a shisha catering business, designed and sold my first motorhome… Each experience taught me something new, and I learned to navigate the world with creativity and effort.
When I arrived in Marbella, everything started to make sense. Real estate entered my life almost by chance—helping to rent properties or selling my first house without even fully understanding how the market worked. The opportunities were different, and thanks to my background in architecture, I began working in real estate and luxury villa construction. Gradually, I learned what it means to handle large projects, understand how investors think, and, most importantly, pay attention to detail. Every decision matters.
Today, after years of experience in construction, promotion, and sales, I know that what sets me apart is my commitment. I won’t sell you something just to make a sale. If you work with me, I’ll be clear from the very first moment. I’ll tell you what no one else will, explaining things as they are, even if it’s not what you want to hear. Because for me, trust and transparency are everything.
I’ve seen too many people make bad decisions because no one told them the truth. No one explained which areas of Marbella are truly worth it or what risks some properties entail.
